The goal for our Wednesday Farmer's Market meals has always been a simple one to present simple and flavorful dishes, featuring local and seasonal products, in ways that emphasize the very best that each ingredient has to offer. From May through October, for just $30 our customers can taste the best of what Washington farmers are growing. Not only is eating locally good for our planet (in our case the distance from market to table is only half a block!), but it's good for our bodies and souls as well. |
